赤霉素对精异丙甲草胺解毒效果及作用机制 被引量:2

The Effect and Mechanism of Gibberellin Alleviate the Phytotoxicity of S-Metolachlor on Rice Seedlings

摘要 [目的]为了探究赤霉素作为精异丙甲草胺安全剂的可行性。[方法]通过室内琼脂培养法测定处理后水稻幼苗株高、根长、鲜重、GSTs活力及叶绿素含量。[结果]赤霉素在质量浓度8 mg/L时对施用0.25μmol/L精异丙甲草胺的水稻药害恢复效果最佳。赤霉素处理叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素含量均高于精异丙甲草胺处理。赤霉素和精异丙甲草胺处理后4 d,水稻幼苗GSTs活力显著升高。[结论]赤霉素能够有效地缓解精异丙甲草胺对水稻幼苗的药害。 [Aims] This study aims to explore the feasibility of gibberellin as a potential safener of S-metolachlor.[Methods] The growth,height,root length,fresh weight and glutathione transferase activity of the treated rice seedlings were determined by agar culture method.[Results] The gibberellin at different concentrations had detoxification effects on S-metolachlor-treated rice seedlings.We observed that the S-metolachlor-treated(0.25 μmol/L) rice seedlings were recovered by gibberellin(8 mg/L).The contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll at gibberellin treatment were higher than those only treated by S-metolachlor.After 4 days application,the activity of GSTs in rice seedlings increased significantly,indicating that gibberellin may increase the activity of GSTs in rice seedlings.[Conclusions] This result indicated that gibberellin can alleviate the phytotoxicity of S-metolachlor on rice seedlings.
