摘要
采用不同的覆土材料,开展卵孢长根菇覆土栽培试验,筛选出适合卵孢长根菇栽培的覆土材料。利用红壤土、田园土、泥炭土、蜂窝煤渣土、河泥土、河沙和珍珠岩作覆土材料,设置16种不同的覆土处理,分析不同覆土处理对卵孢长根菇采收总产量及营养成分的影响。16种覆土处理均能出菇,其中处理11(红壤土与煤渣体积比1∶1)产量最高,单包产可达303.81g,但蛋白质和氨基酸含量均较低;处理1(红壤土)产量较高,且蛋白质和氨基酸含量均较高,子实体中汞、铅、砷、镉4种重金属含量均符合绿色食品要求。从产量上考虑,处理11产量最高;综合考虑,处理1产量较高且品质较好,可在生产上推广应用。
In order to screen suitable casing soil for the cultivation of Oudemansiella raphanipes, different soil-covering materials were used for cultivation of O. raphanipes. Red loam, pastoral soil, peat soil,honeycomb cinder soil, river clay, river sand and perlite were used as soil-covering materials. Sixteen different soil-covering treatments were arranged to analyze their effects on the total yield and nutrient components of O. raphanipes harvested. All the 16 soil-covering treatments could produce mushrooms, of which 11 had the highest yield with a single package yield of 303.81 g, but the content of proteins and amino acids was relatively low. The yield of treatment 1 was higher, and the content of protein and amino acid was higher. The contents of mercury, lead, arsenic and cadmium in fruiting bodies met the requirements of green food. The treatment 11 was the highest but the treatment 1 was higher in yield and quality, the latter of which could be popularized and applied in production.
