摘要
目的:探讨以护理实习生(护生)为主体的情景模拟护理教学查房在护理临床教学中的应用.方法:选择2017年度实习的95例本专科护生为对照组,采用传统护理教学查房;选择2018年度实习的80例本专科护生为观察组,采用以护生为主体的情景模拟护理教学查房,观察比较护理临床教学质量.结果:与对照组相比,观察组护生的满意度、喜爱程度、教学质量监测评分均显著提高(P<0.05).结论:在护理临床教学中应用以护生为主体的情景模拟护理教学查房,能让护生的思维能力、学习兴趣以及学习主动性显著提高,具有临床推广价值.
Objective: To explore the application of situational simulation nursing teaching rounds with nursing interns (nursing students) as the main body in clinical nursing teaching. Methods: 95 nursing students in this specialty in 2017 were selected as the control group and traditional nursing teaching rounds were used;80 nursing students in this specialty in 2018 were selected as the observation group and the situation simulation nursing teaching rounds with nursing students as the main body were used;the quality of clinical nursing teaching was observed and compared. Result: Compared with the control group, the satisfaction, liking and teaching quality monitoring scores of the observation group were significantly improved (P< 0.05). Conclusion: The application of situational simulation nursing teaching rounds with nursing students as the main body in clinical nursing teaching can significantly improve the thinking ability, learning interest and learning initiative of nursing students, and has clinical popularization value.
