摘要
注重工程招投标阶段的工程造价控制分析,有利于提升工程造价水平,促使工程招投标工作计划得以实施,实现对项目资金的高效利用。因此,需要集合工程招投标阶段的实际情况,从多个方面入手,对工程造价控制进行分析,明确工程造价控制要点,运用科学的措施提升工程造价控制水平,促使工程招投标阶段工作落实能够达到预期效果。本文从造价控制在建筑工程投招标对工程建筑的意义开始,探析建筑工程投招标阶段的造价控制措施,希望能够帮助提高工程造价控制的质量。
