摘要
工程量清单计价模式,是符合国际惯例的一种计价模式。论文针对工程量清单计价模式下业主方对工程造价控制的研究,将从工程量清单计价模式的内涵入手,结合工程量清单计价模式的性质,对工程量清单计价模式下业主方对工程造价的具体控制途径进行分析。希望论文能为提升业主方对工程造价的控制及管理水平提供参考性建议。
The bill of quantities pricing model is a pricing model in line with international practice. This paper points at the study of the project cost control of the owner under the bill of quantities pricing model, starts from the connotation of the bill of quantities pricing model, and combining with the nature of bill of quantities pricing model, analyzes the concrete control way of the construction cost of the owner under the bill of quantities pricing model. It is hoped that the research of this paper will provide suggestions for improving the control and management level of theproject cost.
