摘要
伴随科技与经济的飞速发展,我国城市化建设的脚步逐渐加快。机电施工管理发挥的作用越来越明显,对其的工作要求也逐渐提高。鉴于机电技术在施工过程中占据明显的地位,其对项目进展也发挥着关键的作用,应重视机电施工的管理问题。现阶段企业存在一系列的问题,例如施工操作不规范、管理意识不足、机电设备问题等,严重影响着整体工作效率。故此,必须寻求有效的改进措施,解决现状问题,大幅度提高工作质量。本文将浅要分析现阶段存在的问题,进而提出机电工程施工管理的改进措施并展开一系列的研讨。
with the rapid development of science and technology and economy, the pace of China's urbanization construction is accelerating gradually.Electromechanical construction management plays a more and more significant role, and its work requirements are also gradually increased.In view of the obvious status of electromechanical technology in the construction process, it also plays a key role in the project progress.At present, a series of problems exist in enterprises, such as non-standard construction operation, insufficient management awareness and electromechanical equipment problems, which seriously affect the overall work efficiency.Therefore, it is necessary to seek effective improvement measures, solve current problems and greatly improve the quality of work.This paper will analyze the existing problems at the present stage, then put forward the improvement measures of the construction management of electromechanical engineering and carry out a series of discussions.
