摘要
随着我国教育体制的不断完善,相关部门也采取措施,提升我国教育水平。高中时期,学生们都处于一种很敏感的时期,也是心理素质发展的重要时期,教师们要多多注意学生们的心理健康问题,这样才能够促进学生们的健康发展。尤其是班主任要加强对学生的人生观,价值观的培养工作,这样才能够培养更多优秀的人才。本文主要从德育工作中遇到的问题,解决的策略两个方面加以展开。以供参考。
with the continuous improvement of education system in China,relevant departments have also taken measures to improve education level in China.High school,the students are in a very sensitive period,it is also the important period for the development of psychological quality,teachers should pay attention the students' psychological health problem,such ability can promote the healthy development of the students.In particular,the head teacher should strengthen the students' outlook on life and values of the training work,so that more excellent talents can be trained.This paper mainly discusses the problems encountered in moral education and the strategies to solve them.For reference.
