提高自我效能感对增强中学生——体育成绩的实证研究

摘要 由班杜拉提出的德育模式着重强调了自我效能感,认为:自我效能感高的更能接受挑战,在面临挫折、失败时,依然保持对运动的渴望;而效能低的在困难面前就会停滞不前,缺乏自信。自我效能感会通过影响学生的行为选择、努力程度以及成败归因等间接影响运动成绩。本研究主要基于提高自我效能感对增强中学生体育成绩进行分析和探究。 the mode of moral education by bandura emphasized the self-efficacy,think:high self-efficacy can accept more challenges,in the face of setbacks,failures,still keep the desire for the movement;However,those with low efficiency will stagnate and lack confidence in the face of difficulties.Self-efficacy can indirectly influence athletic performance by influencing students'behavior choice,effort and success attribution.This study is mainly based on the improvement of self-efficacy of secondary school students to enhance sports performance analysis and exploration.
