摘要
现代职业教育如何培养双创人才,是当前职业教育的热门话题。针对高职院校因生源差异而难以实现“双创”人才培养的问题,以及高职院校学生难以融入教师科研项目之中,所学知识难以转化为生产力的问题,山西工程职业技术学院电气工程系采用多种手段,探索出一条符合双创人才培养的教育教学新模式,并取得较好的效果。通过四年的探索与实践,初步形成可复制的、针对性强、实施效果好的双创人才教育实践模式。
how to cultivate double talents in modern vocational education is a hot topic in curent vocational education.In view of the problem that it is difficult for higher vocational colleges to cultivate"double-creative"talents because of the differences in students sources,and that it is difficult for students of higher vocational colleges to integrate into teachers'scientific research projects,and that the knowledge they have learned can hardly be transformed into productive forces,the Department of Electrical Engineering of ShanxiVocational and Technical College has adopted various means to explore a suitable talent cultivation for double-creative talents.The new mode of education and teaching has achieved good results.Through four years of exploration and practice,a duplicate,targeted and effective practice mode of double-creative talents education has been initially formed.
