摘要
新建市政工程涉铁部分的概算编制与一般新建市政工程概算编制有很大不同,在计列本身工程费用的同时,还需要计列与既有营业铁路相关的措施和费用。根据新建市政涉铁工程的特点,对工程概算编制中需要额外考虑的各种相关费用进行探讨。
The budgetary estimate of the railway-related part of the newly-built municipal engineering is quite different from the general budgetary estimate of the newly-built municipal engineering. In addition to the cost of the project itself, costs related to the business railways should also be included. According to the characteristics of the newly-built municipal railway-related projects, this paper discusses the various related costs that need to be considered in the preparation of project budget estimates.
