摘要
【目的】机电一体化技术是当今工业技术发展的重要环节,总结分析机电一体化技术的发展与农业应用趋势,为后续的技术进步提供参考。【方法】通过对机电一体化技术设施应用与现代农业生产的场所进行实地考察、文献资料查询,总结分析我国机电一体化技术的发展与农业应用趋势。【结果】机电一体化技术在现代农业生产的应用较为广泛。机电一体化技术的发展呈现智能化、集成化、绿色化,其在现代农业活动中的应用包括基础农业生产,也包括监控技术、定位和分析技术等。机电一体化技术的发展,将趋向于完善结构、使用寿命提升,其在农业活动中的应用趋势偏重于全自动化、综合性能改进。【建议】我国要进一步发展机电一体化技术并提高其在现代化农业中的应用,必须加强统筹安排、协调发展计划,增大资金支持力度、优化发展环境,兼顾“两个层次”,突出发展重点;加强农业机械化政策法规保障体系建设,加大农机质量和安全管理措施,实施农技化项目发展带动战略,加强农机对外技术交流合作,加强农业机械化工作的领导。
【Objective】Mechatronics technology is an important link in the development of industrial technology, and the development of mechatronics technology and the trend of agricultural application are summarized and analyzed. To provide a reference for the subsequent technological progress.【Method】 Through the field investigation and literature inquiry of the application of mechatronics technology facilities and the places of modern agricultural production, the development and agricultural application trend of mechatronics technology in China are summarized and analyzed.【Result】Mechatronics technology is widely used in modern agricultural production. The development of mechatronics technology is intelligent, integrated and green, and its application in modern agricultural activities includes basic agriculture monitoring technology, positioning and analysis technology and so on. The development of mechatronics technology will tend to perfect the structure and improve the service life, and the application trend of mechatronics technology in agricultural activities will focus on full automation,comprehensive performance improvement.【Suggestion】In order to further develop mechatronics technology and improve its application in modern agriculture, China must strengthen overall arrangement, coordinate development plan, increase financial support and optimize the development environment. Take into account the “two levels” and highlight the key points of development;Strengthen the construction of policy and regulation guarantee system of agricultural mechanization, increase the quality and safety management measures of agricultural machinery, and carry out the development of agricultural technology project. Strengthen agricultural machinery technical exchanges and cooperation, strengthen the leadership of agricultural mechanization.
