摘要
我国农业产业模式和结构的转型使得农田出现集中经营的趋势,大面积的农田数量日益增多。传统的农田作业方式不仅效率低,且生产成本较高,无法适应农业现代化的发展。大面积成片农田的增加,为大型农业机械的应用提供了有利条件。农业机械自动导航是智能化水平的重要内容,也是降低人力成本、提高土地利用率的有效手段。北斗卫星系统由我国自主开发,已经广泛地用于农业机械的自动导航,体现出了巨大的经济和社会价值。为此,基于北斗卫星开发了一种智能农机自动导航系统,通过基站的差分数据实现定位,同时向行车控制器发出指令,控制机械按照设定的路线行驶。田间播种和铺膜试验表明:系统在不同行驶速度下都表现出比人工驾驶更高的导航准确性,且土地利用率提高,具有广阔的应用前景。
China's agricultural industry model and the transformation of the structure makes the trend of centralized management of farmland,a large number of large number of farmland. The traditional farmland operation mode is not only inefficient,but also the production cost will be higher,will not be able to adapt to the development of agricultural modernization. The increase in large-area farmland provides favorable conditions for the application of large-scale agricultural machinery. Agricultural machinery automatic navigation is an important part of the level of intelligence,but also reduce labor costs,while improving land use efficiency of the effective means. Compass satellite system developed by our own,has been widely used in agricultural machinery automatic navigation,reflecting the huge economic and social value.Based on Beidou satellite,this paper has developed an intelligent agricultural automatic navigation system,through the base station to achieve the positioning of differential data,while the traffic controller to issue instructions to control the machine in accordance with the set route. Through the field sowing and film testing,the system at different speeds have shown higher than the artificial driving navigation accuracy and land use,with a broad application prospects.
