玻璃纤维桩在口腔残根患者修复中的效果分析

摘要 目的对比探究玻璃纤维桩与金属桩在口腔残根修复中的应用效果。方法选取2016年10月~2017年10月我院收治的行残根修复的患者共161例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,对照组接受金属桩修复,观察组患者接受玻璃纤维桩修复,两组患者残根修复后均行烤瓷冠修复。修复后随访一年,比较两组患者桩核修复有效率、修复前后牙周状况、修复效果、修复失败情况。结果观察组桩核修复有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组桩核修复有效率为76.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复后比较,两组患者牙周探诊深度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但对照组血清碱性磷酸酶水平显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组修复体完整度、颜色匹配度及边缘适合性比例均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组修复后失败率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玻璃纤维桩治疗口腔残根修复效果优于金属桩修复,并且能维持较好的牙周健康水平,修复治疗失败率较低,值得临床推广运用。 Objective To compare the application effect of glass fiber post and metal post in restoration of residual root of oral cavity. Methods 161 patients with residual roots repaired in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were allocated to a control group and an observation group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with metal post.The observation group was treated with glass fiber post.After one year follow-up,the efficiency of post-core restoration,periodontal condition before and after restoration,restoration effect and failure of restoration were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of glass fiber post repair in the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 76.54% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After restoration,there was no significant difference in periodontal depth between the two groups(P > 0.05),but the serum alkaline phosphatase level in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P < 0.05).The restoration integrity,the color matching and marginal fitness ratio of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The failure rate of the observation group after repair was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Glass fiber post is better than that of metal post in repairing residual root,and it can maintain a good periodontal health.The failure rate of repairing treatment is low,which is worthy of clinical application.
