摘要
目的探讨综合性护理干预对维持性血液透析DN患者足部健康行为所产生的积极作用。方法选取2016年5月~2018年5月于我院进行治疗的80例维持性血液透析DN患者依据护理方案差异分组,比较两组护理前后足背动脉搏动及管腔狭窄情况、足部健康护理自我评分情况。结果治疗后组间及其同组间治疗前后此两项比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组足部健康护理自我评分均明显较对照组理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后的SAS及SDS自评表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理后SDS以及SAS评分均低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床予以维持性血液透析DN患者综合性护理干预,可有效提升其对糖尿病足的认知度,促进患者足部健康行为和降低足部溃疡的发生率,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the positive effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on foot health behavior of DN patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods 80 DN patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected and grouped according to different nursing schemes.The pulsation of dorsal foot artery and lumen stenosis and the self-score of foot health care were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results There were significant differences between the two groups and intragroup before and after nursing (P < 0.05), the self-score of foot health care in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), after the intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). SDS and SAS scores of the two groups after nursing were both lower than those before nursing, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for DN patients with maintenance hemodialysis can effectively improve their cognition of diabetic foot, promote foot healthy behavior and reduce the incidence of foot ulcer, it has deep clinical popularization value.
