摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在妊娠糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年3月潍坊内分泌与代谢病医院收治的70例妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组35例。常规组采用常规护理干预,研究组在常规组基础上采用综合护理干预。比较两组护理总满意率、血糖水平、生活质量以及自我管理能力。结果研究组护理总满意率高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组血糖水平低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组自我管理能力优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在妊娠糖尿病护理中的应用效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 70 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in Weifang Endocrine and Metabolic Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The conventional group received routine nursing intervention,and the research group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional group.The total satisfaction rate of nursing,blood glucose level,quality of life and self-management ability were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the research group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The blood glucose level in the research group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the research group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The self-management ability in the research group was better than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus has remarkable application effect and is worth popularizing.
