摘要
目的探讨分析尿沉渣镜检与尿常规干化学法在尿常规检查中的应用效果。方法抽取2017年3月-12月在我院进行尿常规检查患者的尿液标本50例作为研究对象,分别采用干化学法与尿沉渣镜检进行检测,比较2种方法尿常规指标阳性检出率。结果尿沉淀镜检白细胞阳性检出率明显高于干化学法,但在红细胞阳性检出方面检出率明显低于干化学法,P<0.05。结论尿沉渣镜检与尿常规干化学法在尿常规检验中各有其优劣势,建议两种方法联合使用,以提高检测水平。
Objective To analyze the application effect of urine sediment microscopy and urine routine dry chemical method in urine routine examination.Methods A total of 50 urine samples from patients undergoing urine routine examination in our hospital from March-December 2017 were selected as subjects.The dry chemical method and urine sediment microscopic examination were used to compare the two methods.Positive detection rate of indicators. Results The positive detection rate of white blood cells by urine sedimentation microscopy was significantly higher than that of dry chemical method,but the detection rate of positive red blood cell positive detection was significantly lower than that of dry chemical method,P<0.05.Conclusion The urine sediment microscopic examination and the urine routine dry chemical method have their advantages and disadvantages in the urine routine test.It is recommended to use the two methods in combination to improve the detection level.
