摘要
目的探讨口腔科门诊护理在医院感染预防与控制中的作用。方法在2014年9月-2017年4月期间医院口腔科门诊诊治的患者中随机抽选110例作研究对象,期间均实行护理干预:将采取常规护理模式者设为对照组(n=55),将采取预见性护理者设为研究组(n=55),就2组医院感染发生率、门诊卫生指标差异以及患者主观护理体验优良率差异进行统计学分析。结果①研究组患者院内感染发生率(3.64%)低于对照组(16.36%)(χ^2=4.949,P=0.026);②研究组工作人员手卫生、空气卫生质量、无菌器械管理情况、医疗废物处理情况的VAS评分均高于对照组(t=13.985、12.273、7.575、11.111,均P=0.000);③研究组患者主观护理体验优良率高于对照组(χ^2=4.407,P=0.036)。结论在口腔科门诊护理中应用预见性护理,对医院感染预防与控制有积极作用,且有助于改善门诊患者主观护理体验,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the role of outpatient nursing in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in stomatology department.Methods 110 patients were randomly selected from the outpatient department of stomatology in hospital from September 2014 to April 2017.Nursing intervention was applied during the period. The patients who took routine nursing mode were set as the control group(n=55),and the patients who took predictive nursing as the research group(n=55).The incidence of nosocomial infection,the difference of outpatient health indicators and the patients'subjective nursing experience were excellent in the two groups.The difference of yield was analyzed by statistics.Results (1)The incidence of nosocomial infection in the study group(3.64%)was lower than that in the control group(16.36%)(χ^2=4.949,P=0.026);(2)The VAS scores of hand hygiene,air hygiene quality,aseptic equipment management and medical waste disposal in the study group were higher than those in the control group(t=13.985,12. 273,7.575,11.111,all P=0.000);(3)The excellent rate of subjective nursing experience in the study group was higher than that in the control group(χ^2=4.407,P=0.036).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing in outpatient nursing of stomatology department plays an active role in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection,and helps to improve the subjective nursing experience of outpatients,which is worth learning from.
