摘要
农业高校与农垦企业产学合作协同育人是提高农业高校大学生素质与能力的重要举措。我国农垦企业大规模的农业产业链给农业高校大学生提供了大量的实践基地和科研成果转化基地,同时,协同培养的农业高校毕业生为农垦事业的发展提供了大量人才支持,农业高校毕业生服务农垦企业,农业高校的科研项目成果直接在农垦企业转化为生产力,对于农业高校和农垦企业来说是双赢合作。文章从农业高校与农垦企业的历史沿革、理论框架、行动策略等探索农业高校与农垦企业协同育人方略。
It is an important measure to improve the quality and ability of agricultural university students to educate people through cooperation between agricultural universities and China State Farm. The large-scale agricultural industry chain of China State Farm has provided a large number of practice bases and transformation bases of scientific research achievements for Agricultural College students. At the same time, the graduates of agricultural colleges and universities have provided a large number of talents for the development of agricultural reclamation undertakings. The graduates of agricultural colleges and universities serve China State Farm, and the achievements of scientific research projects of agricultural colleges and universities are directly transformed into productive forces in China State Farm. It is a win-win cooperation for agricultural universities and China State Farm. This paper explores the strategy of cooperative education between agricultural universities and China State Farm from the historical evolution, theoretical framework and action strategies of agricultural universities and China State Farm.
