摘要
为防止诚意煤矿5煤回采时,上覆采空区有毒有害气体通过裂隙导入回采工作面,影响工作面的安全回采,在5105工作面回采时进行均压通风技术探索。分析了工作面技术参数及回采工艺、与上覆采空区及邻近矿区的关系等工程概况,明确了剥离后回填区域存在高温煤矸石氧化等影响均压通风方法的因素;详述了均压通风设计的过程和方法以及最终的工作方案。经近6个月的回采,5105工作面一氧化碳浓度始终控制在8~22ppm之间,回风流一氧化碳浓度为10~16ppm,其他有毒有害气体均无异常,采空区漏风量控制在15~30m3/min之间,期间未出现任何安全事故,通风效果良好,为矿井的安全生产积累了经验。
In order to prevent the influence of spontaneous combustion and hazardous gas in goaf of overlying coal seam on mining,the pressure equalizing ventilation technology was practiced in No.5105 working face.By analyzing the technical parameters and the mining process of the working face and the overlying goaf scope,the pressure equalization ventilation plan was designed.After nearly six months of mining,the concentration of carbon monoxide in No.5105 working face was 8~22 ppm,the concentration of carbon monoxide in return air flow was 10~16 ppm,and the air leakage in goaf was 15~30 m 3/min.No accident occurred during this period,and the ventilation effect was good,which accumulated experience for the safe production of mine.
