摘要
以神府矿区嘉元煤矿12202综采工作面为研究对象,通过向采空区安设监测点,研究煤岩复合顶板易自燃煤层的氧化过程和CO分布运移规律,在此基础上创新性提出采用分段向采空区低洼点注水封闭采空区“氧化带”的防灭火方法,该方法经12202综采工作面试验效果良好,具有效率高、工艺简单、投资少且安全易操作特点.
Taking 12202 fully mechanized mining face of Jiayuan Coal Mine of Shenfu mining area as study object, the distribution and migration law of CO and oxidation process of spontaneous combustion coal seam with coal and rock compound roof were studied by installed monitoring points in gob, and based on the results, fire prevention and extinguishing method of sectionalized water injection into gob low-lying area to seal off the oxidizing zone of gob was put forward innovatively, the test results of the method in 12202 working face achiered good effects, and the method had high efficiency, simple process, small investment and easy and safe operability.
