摘要
山西煤销集团同富新煤业10#煤层顶板因存在若干层软弱夹层而形成复合顶板,首采面顺槽掘进时顶板多处冒落,巷道维护困难。以该矿顶板弱面及顶板离层稳定性控制为研究对象,利用技术勘查手段,针对原巷道支护和顶板冒落情况,分析了巷道复合顶板稳定性的影响因素、离层失稳原因、失稳破坏形态及破坏过程;研究了顶板下沉位移、岩层变形破坏临界应力及跨厚比对复合顶板煤巷稳定性的影响;根据顶板、煤帮锚杆支护作用机理,进行了复合顶板煤巷锚杆支护专项方案设计。工程实践表明,该方案支护效果和经济效益较好,顶板得到有效控制;解决了巷道顶板内软弱夹层导致巷道顶板离层失稳控制的技术难题。
The roof of No.10 coal seam in Tongfuxin coal mine has several weak interbeds and forms composite roof.The roof caves in many places during heading along the first mining face,which makes it difficult to maintain the roadway.By analyzing the factors influencing the stability of composite roof of roadway,the causes of roof instability and the failure forms of roof were analyzed,and the effects of roof subsidence displacement,critical stress of rock deformation and failure and span-thickness ratio on the stability of composite roof of coal roadway were studied.According the bolt support mechanism,the special design of bolt support for coal roadway with composite roof was carried out.The engineering practice shows that the effect and economic benefit of the support scheme are good,and the roof is effectively controlled,which solves the technical problem of composite roof supporting.
