摘要
以煤层顶底板岩层力学参数为基础结合上覆岩层运移规律,研究工作面直接顶的岩层组成、顶板运动参数,构建合理的顶板结构模型。对顶板结构模型进行力学分析,定量的计算工作面支架的支护强度。已采81305工作面工程实践表明,工作面直接顶由3层岩层构成,直接顶总厚度为17.2 m,工作面老顶以粗粒砂岩为主,厚度6.7 m,工作面直接顶作用力为0.79 MPa。通过顶板结构模型法+动载系数法和已采工作面类比法,得出新开81504工作面支架合理支护强度为1.38 MPa,支架的合理工作阻力为12 500 kN。
Based on the mechanical parameters of roof and floor of coal seam,combined with the migration law of overlying strata,the strata composition and roof movement parameters of the roof of working face are studied,and a reasonable roof structure model is constructed.Through the mechanical analysis of the roof structure model,the support strength of the working face support is calculated quantitatively.In the mined 81305 working face,the direct roof is composed of three layers with a total thickness of 17.2 m,while the main roof is mainly composed of coarse-grained sandstone with a thickness of 6.7 m.The practice of 81305 working face shows that the force of direct roof is 0.79 MPa.Through the analysis of roof structure model method,dynamic load coefficient method and analogy method,it can be concluded that the reasonable support strength and working resistance of support are 1.38 MPa and 12500 kN respectively in 81504 working face.
