摘要
为狗枣猕猴桃锌指蛋白(AkZFP)功能的生产应用提供参考,利用生物信息学工具和方法,对锌指蛋白的理化性质、亲水/疏水性、跨膜结构、结构功能域、二级结构、三级结构、蛋白质修饰位点及同源性等进行分析和预测。结果表明:AkZFP的cDNA全长为788 bp,编码区(CDS)为678 bp,由226个氨基酸构成的亲水性非稳定蛋白,属于ZF-C2H2-6蛋白家族(PFAM 13912),主要构件为α-螺旋和不规则卷曲,包含1个植物特有的QALGGH序列锌指C2H2型结构域,与其他20种植物的ZFP氨基酸序列进行对比,狗枣猕猴桃与中华猕猴桃变种亲缘关系较近。
In order to provide reference for application of function of zinc finger protein(AkZFP)from Actinidia kolomikta,the physicochemical properties,hydrophilic/hydrophobic,transmembrane structure,structural functional domain,secondary structure,tertiary structure,protein modification site and homology of zinc finger protein were analyzed and predicted by using bioinformatics tools and methods.The results showed that the length of AkZFP cDNA was 788 bp and the coding area was 678 bp coding 226 amino acids.AkZFP was an unstable and hydrophilic protein belonging to the ZFP superfamily(PFAM 13912).The analysis also demonstrated that AkZFP main component was Alpha-helix and random coil,containing a unique QALGGH sequence and zinc finger C2H2 type structural domain.Compaired to ZFPs of the other 20 plants,AkLEA had near relationships with A.chinensis var.Chinensis.
