摘要
自2002年两部委实施三大惠民工程以来,公共数字文化服务惠及全国,取得优异成果,另一方面,经过十几年的发展,公共数字文化工程也存在不少发展瓶颈问题。为了更好地提升公共数字文化服务效能,2019年年初,公共数字文化惠民工程趋于融合发展。文章拟在阐述公共数字文化工程新形势下,分析数字图书馆发展存在的挑战和机遇,以便更好地发挥数字图书馆的带头作用,完善公共文化服务体系建设。
Since the two ministries and commissions implemented the three major projects for the benefit of the people in 2002,public digital cultural services have benefited the whole country and achieved excellent results.On the other hand,after more than ten years of development,there are also many bottlenecks in the development of public digital cultural projects.In order to better enhance the effectiveness of public digital cultural services,in early 2019,public digital cultural projects tend to converge and develop.This paper expounds the new situation of public digital cultural engineering,and analyses the challenges and opportunities in the development of digital libraries,so as to better play the leading role of digital libraries and improve the construction of public cultural service system.
