摘要
"数字文化走进蒙古包"项目是文化共享工程内蒙古分中心结合当地人文地理环境实施的一项创新型数字文化服务模式,利用互联网、无线WIFI和3G网络,在全区构建广覆盖、高效能公共数字文化服务体系,通过设备及资源流动的方式来提供服务,以现阶段广泛应用的智能手机、iPAD(平板电脑)、笔记本电脑为终端,为基层广大农牧民提供不受时空制约、24小时、免费、蒙汉双语的公共数字文化服务。本文总结其发展现状,分析目前存在的问题,并针对问题提出发展建议。
Importing digital culture into Mongolian yurts project is an innovative service model carried out by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Cultural Information Resource Sharing Project Center. The project aims to construct a whole region covered and high-efficient public digital culture service network by using the Internet, WIFI and 3G. In consideration of specific natural geographic and cultural environment, the project provides smart phone, tablet computer, laptop and other mobile services for farmers and herdsmen to use the 24 hours free and Mongol-Chinese bilingual public digital culture service without time and space limitation. This paper summarizes its development status and analyzes the existing problems, and proposes several suggestions for the projecfs future development.
