加热炉炉外管路应力分析及支吊系统改进

摘要 加热炉炉外管路对内起承接辐射段炉管、对外起连接工艺管网的作用,其支吊系统的合理设计对加热炉的安全、稳定运行至关重要。利用CaesarⅡ软件,对炉外管路支撑结构优化,将弹簧支吊型式改为刚性支撑结构。通过对比应力计算结果,得出刚性支撑结构使炉管最大受力、力矩值降低,支撑点数量减少,模型计算、结构设计、现场安装及后期运行等都大为简化。此优化结构方法对同类型加热炉炉外管路支撑设计具有借鉴意义。 External pipeline of the heating furnace connected with the inner radiation tube and the outer process piping network. The reasonable design of its supporting and lifting system was critical for safe and stable operation of the furnace. In the paper, the support structure of the external pipeline outside the furnace was optimized with Caesar II software, changing the spring support structure into rigid support structure. By comparing the results of stress calculation, it was found that the rigid support structure had such advantages as reducing the maximum force and moment of tube, reducing the number of support points, simplifying the model calculation, structure design, field installation and later operation, etc. In addition, this optimized structure could be taken for reference for the design of the external pipeline of the same type of heating furnace.
