摘要
通过对常减压装置炉管运行中存在的问题进行研究,从理论上分析了常减压炉管环烷酸腐蚀及高温腐蚀产生的机理、影响因素和原因.提出通过炉管材质升级选用耐腐蚀材料来控制常减压炉管的腐蚀.
The problems existing in the operation of furnace tubes in atmospheric and vacuum equipment are studied,The mechanism,influencing factors and causes of naphthenic acid corrosion and high temperature corrosion in atmospheric and vacuum furnace tubes are analyzed theoretically. It is put forward that corrosion resistance material should be used to control corrosion of atmospheric and vacuum furnace tubes by upgrading furnace tube material.
