摘要
中职课程改革关键在于课程建设与市场需求有效接轨。为使中职教育更加贴近企业、服务企业,为企业培养更多的实用性人才,要求授课者熟悉行业,熟悉工作流程。对该专业人才需求进行全面调查分析,以期对基于目标导向的中职高星级饭店运营与管理专业学业评价体系研究提供参考依据。
The key to the reform of secondary vocational courses lies in the effective integration of curriculum construction and vocational needs. In order to make secondary vocational education closer to enterprises, serve enterprises, and train more practical talents for enterprises, it is required that the lecturers be familiar with the industry and familiar with the work process. Otherwise, everything is empty talk. This paper makes a more comprehensive investigation and analysis of the professional talents’ needs. It is hoped that the foundation will be laid for the study of the academic evaluation system of the operation and management Major of High-Star hotels based on objective orientation.
