摘要
针对粉末冶金液压机的应用需求,研究了直驱式比例阀在液压机中的应用。基于AMESim建立了某型直驱式比例阀的模型,按照实际的比例阀的电磁铁特性、阀的参数设定了模型参数,仿真结果验证了阀的特性符合实际比例阀的特性。在此基础上,建立了冶金压机的模型,对压机系统进行了仿真,验证了压机的性能满足系统的需求,证明该阀在压机中应用的可行性。
Aiming at the application demand of powder metallurgy hydraulic press,the application of direct-drive proportional valve in hydraulic press is studied.The model of the direct-drive proportional valve was established in the AMESim.The parameters of the model were set according to the electromagnet characteristics of the actual proportional valve and the parameters of the valve.The characteristics of the valve conform to the actual proportional valve was verified by simulation results.Based on the simulation of press machine system by established model of the machine,it is verified that the performance of the press meets the requirements of the system,indicating the feasibility of the valve in the press.
