摘要
文中阐述了对大型石化企业廉洁风险防控体系进行测试的方法和技巧。实践证明,所提出的方法应用在具体测试中,从执行层面和设计层面发现了影响经营管理的廉洁风险问题,推动了监督关口前移,达到了由事后监督向事前、事中监督的目的,为企业提升合规管理水平和高质量发展营造环境。
This paper expounds the methods and techniques of testing the integrity risk prevention and control system of large petrochemical enterprises.Practice has proved that the proposed method is applied in specific testing, and found from the execution level and the design level.The problem of honest risk affecting operation and management has pushed forward the supervision gateway, and achieved the goal of from ex post supervision to ex ante supervision.The purpose of in-process supervision is to create an environment for enterprises to improve the level of compliance management and high-quality development.
