摘要
本文介绍了化工企业环境风险特点及事故类型,结合莆田市化工企业环境应急风险排查情况,分析莆田市化工企业环境风险防控方面存在的问题及不足,提出了建议性对策,为莆田市化工企业环境应急管理提供依据。
The properties and accident types of the chemical enterprise are introduced. The problem and deficiency of the chemical enterprise in Putian was analyzed based on the investigation of the environmental emergency risk. The corresponding countermeasures were put forward which will provide the supplies for the environmental emergency management of chemical enterprise in Putian city.
