车辆行驶中动力转向泵的能耗研究 被引量:2

摘要 车用动力转向装置是利用发动机的动力来完成车辆转向功能,其中转向系统的液压转向泵是车用动力转向装置的能耗部分.开发用于实际车辆行驶状态下测量车用液压转向泵驱动转矩的转矩仪,将其用于FTP75模式下车辆行驶过程转向泵能耗的测量,并分析测量结果.研究结果有助于车用动力转向泵动力特性的研究,以及其能耗影响因素的分析. Vehicle power steering device uses engine power to complete vehicle steering function,and the hydraulic steering pump of steering system is the energy consumption part of vehicle power steering device.A torquemeter was developed to measure the driving torque of hydraulic steering pump in real vehicle running state.It was used to measure the energy consumption of steering pump in FTP75 mode,and the results were analyzed.The research results are helpful to the study of dynamic characteristics of vehicle power steering pump and the analysis of influencing factors of its energy consumption.
