摘要
动力转向系统能够保证转向轻便性,同时还可以保证高速行驶安全性,减少由于地面不平对转向盘带来的冲击使驾驶手感比较柔和。当转向系统出现故障时会影响转向操纵稳定性、行车安全性,严重时可能会导致交通事故。本文通过实例分析,讲述转向异响故障产生原因、故障排查方法、故障解决方案,并探讨造成液压助力转向系统异响的可能性因素,为液压助力转向系统的开发设计及产品品质的控制提供一定的参考。
The power steering system can ensure steering angle, and can also guarantee high speed driving safety. Reducing the impact of the ground leveling on the steering wheel could make the driving feel soft. When the steering system fails, the steering stability and traffic safety are affected, which may lead to traffic accidents. Through example analysis causes of abnormal sound fault, troubleshooting method and solutions are described. The factors causing abnormal noise of hydraulic power steering system are discussed. It provides a reference for the development design and product quality control of hydraulic power steering system.
