摘要
目的 探讨对老年抑郁症患者进行心理疏导和精神护理的临床效果。方法 选取2017年3月至2018年7月我院老年抑郁症患者120例为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予心理疏导和精神护理,对照组给予常规护理。比较干预前及干预后4,8周两组患者抑郁、焦虑、老年抑郁改善程度、生活质量评分及依从率。结果 干预后4,8周,两组焦虑、抑郁、老年抑郁改善程度评分均降低,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);两组生活质量评分均较同组干预前高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗依从性(96.67%)高于对照组(61.67%)(P<0.05)。结论 心理疏导和精神护理用于老年抑郁症患者中,能有效缓解其不良情绪,改善抑郁症状,提高患者依从率和生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of psychological counseling and mental nursing in elderly patients with depression. Methods To select 120 patients with depression in our hospital from March 2017 to July 2018 as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group with the same number of cases randomly. The observation group was given psychological counseling and mental nursing, while the control group was given routine nursing. We compared the depression, anxiety, senile depression improvement, quality of life score and compliance rate of patients in the two groups before the intervention and at the 4th and the 8th week after the intervention. Results At the 4 weeks and the 8 weeks after the intervention, the scores of anxiety, depression and senile depression improvement in the two groups decreased, and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group( P <0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P <0.05). The treatment compliance in the observation group(96.67%) was higher than that in the control group(61.67%)( P <0.05). Conclusion Applying psychological counseling and mental nursing in elderly patients with depression can alleviate their bad mood effectively. Meanwhile, it can improve depressive symptoms, patient’s compliance as well as quality of life,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
