摘要
科技的竞争实质是创新型人才的竞争,中国制造2025计划对高校创新型人才的培养提出了更加严格的要求。承德石油高等专科学校机械工程系将创新创业教育融入到人才培养方案,以加强创新创业型教师队伍建设为抓手,以创建创新创业教育孵化基地为途径,以参加创新创业类实践技能大赛为手段,加强实践教育环节,为培养创新型人才提供保障。
The essence of science and technology competition is the competition of innovative talents. Made in China2025 program puts more stringent requirements on the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges. The Department of Mechanical Engineering in Chengde Petroleum College integrates innovation and entrepreneurship education into talent training program. By strengthening the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers,creating an innovative and entrepreneurial education incubator base,and participating in the innovation and entrepreneurship practical skills competition,this department strengthens the practical education and provides protection for the cultivation of innovative talents.
