以职业需求为核心的公共英语教学构想:以广州东华职业学院人力资源管理专业为例 被引量:2

摘要 就非英语专业毕业生英语知识水平、英语综合应用能力及其培养现状与其职业需求现状等进行分析,指出其存在的问题。并从技能意识与职业意识、课程设置、教学目标、教学内容、教学设计及评估体系等方面入手,探讨了如何把公共英语课程与专业培养目标及职业需求相结合,提出构建一个以职业需求为核心的高职高专公共英语课程体系及考核评估体系的设想,促使公共英语教学与高职高专院校的可持续发展进入良性循环。 This paper analyzes the current situation of non-English major graduates ’ English knowledge level,their integrated English language competency,and their cultivation and vocational demands,then points out the existing problems. The paper probes into how to combine public English curriculum with professional training objectives and professional needs from the aspects of skill awareness and professional awareness,curriculum design, teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching design and evaluation system,etc. At last it puts forward the idea of constructing a public English curriculum system in higher vocational colleges with vocational needs as the core and the corresponding assessment system,so as to promote the sustainable development of public English teaching in vocational colleges.
