摘要
社区矫正工作的主要目的是帮助社区矫正对象重返社会,其重要前提是厘清社区矫正对象的社会支持需求并精准供给,然而已有研究显得不足。基于对W市351名社区矫正对象的调查,运用定量研究方法,从工具性支持、情感性支持和信息性支持三个维度评量社区矫正对象对社会支持的需求现状,并进而分析社区矫正对象是否就业、是否有心理问题、是否受过矫正惩罚及家庭经济水平在三类社会支持需求上的具体差异。基于此,提出了实施对无业社区矫正对象重点帮扶、重视对社区矫正对象心理健康矫正、加强对两类社区矫正对象的全面支持等建议,以此促进其顺利回归社会。
The main goal of community correction work is to help community correction objects return to the society, the important premise is to clarify the social support needs of community correction objects and precision supply, but the existing research appears to be inadequate. Based on the investigation of 351 community correction objects in W City, using quantitative research methods, the demand of community correction objects from three dimensions of tool support, emotional support and information support is assessed, and then analyze whether the community correction object is working, or has psychological problems, whether or not there has been corrective punishment and the specific differences of family economic levels in three categories of social support needs. Based on this, this paper puts forward some suggestions to carry out the key help for the unemployed community correction objects, pay attention to the mental health correction of the community correction objects, and strengthen the comprehensive support of the two kinds of community correction objects, so as to promote its smooth return to society.
