摘要
教育信息化2.0行动计划和《中国教育现代化2035》的发布对教育信息化提出了更高、更明确的要求,目前教学环境建设中缺少统一规划,具备多个系统并存,无法对数据进行整合、分享,主要表现为多媒体设备智能化集成度不高。交互教学手段不足、教与学资源体系分散、教室及设备设施维护管理困难等问题依然存在,特别是体育院校教学特点没有充分体现。智慧教学环境将现实教学环境和虚拟教学环境相融合,将信息技术与学科教学相融合,将线上学习与线下学习相结合,将校内学习与校外学习相结合。对教学过程实时记录,掌握学生的情感感知、社会感知和位置感知,提升教学环境的全面性、适应性、可操作性。教学管理高效率;信息技术与教育教学深度融合;能够应用现代化信息技术进行科学分析、评价;无处不在的开放按需学习;教学资源高度共享是未来教学环境建设的发展趋势。
The publication of Action Plan 2.0 of Education Informatization and China Education Modernization 2035 proposes some higher and clearer requirements for education informatization. At present, there is a lack of unified planning in the construction of teaching environment. There are many systems coexisting while data cannot be integrated and shared. The main manifestations are low integration of multimedia equipment, insufficient interactive teaching methods, learning and teaching resources. Problems such as decentralization of source systems, difficulties in maintaining and managing classrooms and facilities still exist. Intelligent teaching environment combines realistic teaching environment with virtual one;informational technology with subject teaching;online learning with offline learning;school learning with off-campus learning. Teaching process should be real-time recorded while educators need to grasp students' emotional perception, social perception and location perception in order to improve the comprehensiveness, adaptability and operability of the teaching environment. Also, educators should achieve the intelligence and efficiency in educational management, integrating information technology deeply into subject teaching. Based on modern information technology, scientific analysis and evaluation should be applied in the era of ubiquitous on-demand learning. Highly-efficient sharing of global teaching resources has already become the developmental trend in future for educational environment construction.
