摘要 脑血管疾病,尤其是脑缺血和缺氧病,严重的危害着人类的健康。近年来的很多研究表明,骨形态发生蛋白,尤其是骨形态发生蛋白-7(bone morphogenetic protein-7,BMP-7)能够从多个环节改善脑缺血和缺氧再灌注损伤,对脑缺血和缺氧再灌注损伤有着重要的保护作用,可以改善神经细胞的结构形态以及减少凋亡细胞的数量,改善实验动物的神经行为,骨形态发生蛋白-7对脑缺血和缺氧再灌注损伤有明显的神经保护作用。 Cerebrovascular diseases,especially cerebral ischemia and hypoxia,seriously endanger human health.Many studies this year have shown that bone morphogenetic proteins,especially bone morphogenetic protein-7(BMP-7),can improve cerebral ischemia and hypoxia-reperfusion injury from multiple links.Blood and hypoxia-reperfusion injury have important protective effects,which can improve the structure and shape of nerve cells,reduce the number of apoptotic cells,and improve the neurobehavior of experimental animals.Bone morphogenetic protein-7 on cerebral ischemia and hypoxia-reperfusion the injury has obvious neuro-protective effects.
