摘要
目的对咽炎合并声带水肿患者采取布地奈德混悬液(雾化吸入)治疗,并分析其治疗价值。方法选取2017年3月至2018年9月,到本院进行治疗的208例咽炎合并声带水肿患者,将其分为两组。对照组104例,使用地塞米松治疗;观察组104例,使用布地奈德混悬液治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(94.23%vs83.65%)(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应率(7.69%vs9.62%)、复发率(10.58%vs13.46%)差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组患者的各项GQOL-74问卷评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对咽炎合并声带水肿患者使用布地奈德混悬液治疗疗效确切,可提高患者生活质量,具有推广价值。
Objective To treat pharyngitis patients with vocal cord edema with budesonide suspension(halogen inhalation)and analyze its therapeutic value.Methods From March 2017 to September 2018,208 patients with pharyngitis complicated with vocal cord edema were enrolled in this hospital and divided into two groups.104 patients in the control group were treated with dexamethasone;104 patients in the observation group were treated with budesonide suspension.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(94.23%vs 83.65%)(P<0.05).There was no difference in the adverse reaction rate(7.69%vs 9.62%)and recurrence rate(10.58%vs 13.46%).After treatment,the GQOL-74 questionnaire scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of budesonide suspension in patients with pharyngitis complicated with vocal cord edema is effective and can improve the quality of life of patients with promotion value.
