摘要
华裔文学作品中的“中国元素”的表达方式越来越受到研究者重视,其承担着中国文化的表达与传播的职能,而“中国元素”的呈现不仅是对中国文化的传播,而且是一种特别意义的中国文化的再现。文章通过分析《喜福会》中“中国元素”英文表达的特色,在此基础上探讨其对中国当代文学外译的启示。
The expression of“Chinese elements”in Chinese literature has been paid more and more attention by researchers.It bears the function of expression and communication of Chinese culture.The presentation of“Chinese elements”is not only the communication of Chinese culture,but also the reproduction of Chinese culture with special significance.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the English expression of“Chinese elements”in The Joy Luck Club,this paper explores its implications for the translationof contemporary Chinese literature.
