摘要
分析了产销差的结构和成因,在结合现实状况和横向对标基础上,对上海某供水企业产销差削减带来经济效益的空间和潜力做测算,对既往产销差管理的经验举措进行提炼总结,对下阶段如何进一步开展产销差管理提出了多维度的对策建议。
The structure and leading factors of the difference between production and sales are mainly analyzed.On the basis of combining the reality and horizontal benchmarking,it calculates the potential of economic benefits brought by the reduction of the difference between production and sales of a water supply enterprise in Shanghai.The experiences of the previous management of the difference between production and sales are summarized,and recommendations and suggestions from diverse aspects on how to further develop the management of the difference between production and sales in the next phase are provided.
