摘要
产销差率是一个供水企业重要的技术经济指标,此指标数值的高低直接影响到供水企业的经济效益。针对产销差率居高不下这一供水行业的难题,从管网配置、材料选购、施工质量、水表管理、用户管理、管网维护、公共用水等方面入手,加强管理,积极探讨,总结出一套切实可行的管理操作模式,并取得了一定的成效。
The difference rate between water production and sale is an important techno-economic parameter for a water supply corporation. Therefore, the level of this difference rate directly influences the economic benefit of the water supply corporation. In order to solve the high level problem of difference rate in the water supply industry, the enhanced management and positive research are performed in terms of configuration of water distribution system, material purchase, construction quality, meter management, customer management, maintenance of water distribution system, public water consumption and so on. A set of effective methods for management and operation is summarized, and results in reduction of the difference rate between water production and sale are obtained.
