摘要
我国加速调整产业结构,对专业技能人才需求增多,高职院校作为专业技能人才的主要培养阵地,需要承担起自己的责任,通过创新教学提高专业技能人才的综合素养。基于此,本文先是分析了在汽修岗位上工匠精神的具体体现,其次简单提出了高职院校培养工匠精神存在的问题,最后提出了高职院校培养学生养成工匠精神的可行性建议。通过展开工匠精神教育,从而提高学生职业素养。
Our country has accelerated the adjustment of industrial structure and increased the demand for professional skilled personnel.As the main training position of professional skilled personnel,higher vocational colleges need to assume their responsibilities and improve the comprehensive quality of professional skilled personnel through innovative teaching.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the specific embodiment of craftsmanship spirit in automobile repair positions,then simply puts forward the existing problems in the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in higher vocational colleges,and finally puts forward feasible suggestions for the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in higher vocational colleges through the development of craftsman spiritual education,so as to improve students'professional quality.
