摘要
石榴皮鞣质是我国传统中药石榴皮中药物活性成分含量最高的一种富含鞣花鞣质类成分的鞣质类化合物,是石榴皮发挥药理活性作用的主要物质基础。本文就最近几年关于石榴皮鞣质在化学结构成分、分离提取纯化工艺、药理活性及体内代谢方式等方面的研究进行系统和全面的综述,以期为石榴皮鞣质进一步的开发和应用提供参考依据。
The tannins from pomegranate peel is the tannins component with the highest content of active ingredients in pomegranate peel,one of traditional Chinese medicines,which also is the main material basis of pharmacological activity of pomegranate peel.The studies on the tannins from pomegranate peel at home and abroad were reviewed in the paper,and the chemical ingredients,extraction,biological activity and metabolism of the tannins from pomegranate peel also summarized to provide theoretical basis for the development and application of the tannins from pomegranate peel.
