摘要
补中益气汤为中医十大经典名方之一,有补中益气、升阳举陷的功效,主治脾胃虚弱、中气不足、气虚下陷证。笔者将补中益气汤在妇科的临床应用和研究进展进行归纳总结,发现补中益气汤在妇科月经病、带下病、妊娠病、产后病及妇科杂病等各个方面多有应用。
Buzhong Yiqi tang is one of the ten classical prescriptions of Chinese medicine. It has the effect of supplementing the middle and boosting qi as well as raising yang and lifting the sunken, and is mainly used to treat spleen-stomach weakness, insufficiency of middle qi and sunken due to qi deficiency syndrome. The authors summarized the clinical application and research progress of Buzhong Yiqi tang in gynecology,and found that Buzhong Yiqi tang was widely applied to many aspects in gynecology including menstrual diseases,leukorrheal diseases,gestational diseases,postpartum diseases and miscellaneous diseases.
