摘要 目前希浦系统起搏是心脏起搏领域的研究热点和前沿技术。一些临床研究已证实希浦系统起搏的有效性与安全性,但仍需大样本前瞻性临床研究以评估其远期疗效,从而进一步明确希浦系统起搏的真正获益人群。本文主要从适应证、有效性、安全性、优势、远期疗效及局限性等方面,对希浦系统起搏的临床应用和研究进展进行综述。 His-Purkinje system pacing has currently been a hot research topic and frontier technology in cardiac pacing field.Although its effectiveness and safety have been verified by several clinical researches,large-sample prospective clinical studies are still required to assess the long-term efficacy of this therapy in order to further confirm the virtually beneficial population.This paper reviews the literature of clinical application and research advances of His-Purkinje system pacing from the aspects of its indications,effectiveness,safety,superiority,long-term effectiveness,limitations and so forth.
