孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染致慢性咳嗽的效果研究 被引量:18

Effect of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Budesonide on Chronic Cough Caused by Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection in Children

摘要 目的探讨分析孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染致慢性咳嗽的效果。方法选出接受治疗的80例肺炎支原体感染致慢性咳嗽患儿作为课题的研究对象,随机分成照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患儿采用布地奈德进行治疗,观察组患儿采用孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德进行治疗,对比两组患儿咳嗽症状分值、咳嗽消失时间及治疗前后CRP的变化情况。结果观察组患儿治疗后咳嗽分值明显低于对照组患儿,咳嗽消失时间比对照组短,且差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组患儿治疗后CRP水平明显低于治疗前,且观察组CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染所致慢性咳嗽,可以有效缓解患儿咳嗽症状,咳嗽消失时间减短,且炎症反应有所改善。 Objective To investigate the effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide on chronic cough caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children. Methods 80 children with chronic cough caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study,and they were randomly divided into groups and observation groups,40 cases in each group. Children were treated with budesonide,and the children in the observation group were treated with montelukast sodium combined with budesonide. The cough symptom scores of the two groups,the time of coughing disappearance and the changes of CRP before and after treatment were compared. Results The cough score of the children in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The time of disappearance was shorter than that of control group,and the difference was significant ( P < 0. 05). The level of CRP in observation group and control group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the level of CRP in observation group was lower than that in control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of chronic cough caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children can effectively relieve the cough symptoms,reduce the time of cough disappearance,and improve the inflammatory reaction.
