摘要
无线GPRS通信的实时信息采集传输技术,可以针对工业现场复杂的电磁干扰环境和户外环境,实现高可靠性数据传输。本文在分析智能型低压断路器GPRS无线通信的硬件结构和通信原理的基础上,基于MSP430F5438A微处理器和SIM900的GPRS通信模块,设计一款集智能型断路器的测量、保护、控制和通信于一体的综合性开关电器,以实现断路器的无线数据传输和远程监控。探讨了通信命令格式以及软件设计,实现了智能型断路器通过手机短信和监控中心的Internet网络通信两种方式的无线远程控制技术。实验测试结果表明,GPRS用于智能低压断路器的数据通信,有效克服了传统有线监控方式的弊端。
Real-time information collection and transmission technology of wireless GPRS communication can be aimed at the environmental electromagnetic interference industrial complex and the outdoor environment to realize the characteristics of high reliability data transmission.On the basis of the hardware structure and communication principles of the GPRS wireless communication for intelligent low-voltage circuit breaker in this paper,an integrated switch equipment including the functions of measurement,protection,control and communication is designed on the MSP430F5438A microprocessor and SIM900 GPRS communication module to achieve wireless data transmission and remote monitoring of circuit breaker.The communication command format and software design are discussed to realize the wireless remote control technology of two ways in the mobile phone text message and monitoring center internet network communication for intelligent circuit breaker.The experimental test shows that GPRS wireless data communications for intelligent low-voltage circuit breaker can effectively overcome the shortcomings of traditional wired monitoring form.
