摘要
通过对瓶装卷标热胶自动贴标机的工作要求分析,确定了系统的总体设计方案,研究并解决了贴标机设计过程中包括瓶输送、标签输送、切标、贴标以及PLC和伺服控制等关键技术问题。目的是研发出国内首台瓶装卷标热胶自动贴标机。系统的实际运行情况表明该贴标机工作状态良好,运行可靠。
According to the requirement analysis of the automatic bottled labeling machine,the design project of the system was worked out and some pivotal technical problems including transmission of bottle,transmission of label, label-cutting,label-affixing and control of PLC and servo were solved in order to make out the first automatic bottled labeling machine in China. The debugging and observation showed that the machine works good and reliably.
